75 Hustle offers paid subscription plans and a one-time lifetime option. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Recurring plans automatically renew until cancelled, and your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including the lifetime plan.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

75 Hustle provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. You participate in all activities at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your health and safety.

When using 75 Hustle, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Post harmful, abusive, harassing, or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Services.
• Use the Services to spam or solicit other users.
• Share your account or resell access without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant 75 Hustle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Services. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

The 75 Hustle name, logo, app, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may stop using 75 Hustle at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 75 Hustleis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of 75 Hustle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
