01Features
What is the AI coach?
The AI coach is your daily accountability partner inside 75 Hustle. It helps you plan each day's non-negotiables, keeps you honest about your streak, and answers questions about training, habits, business, and staying consistent.
Because it is tuned to the challenge and your entrepreneur assessment, it can suggest a high-leverage income-producing task, talk you through a tough day, or help you problem-solve when motivation runs low, so you spend your energy executing instead of deciding.
What is the AI workout planner?
The AI workout planner builds your training around your goals, schedule, and equipment, whether that is a full gym, a few dumbbells, or nothing but your bodyweight.
It takes the guesswork out of your two daily workouts so you never skip a session because you did not have a plan. Tell it what you have and how much time you can spare, and it generates a session you can start immediately, then keeps things varied across your 75 days.
How does food and nutrition tracking work?
75 Hustle includes built-in food and nutrition tracking so following your strict diet is simple. You can log meals and look up foods to see what is actually in them, then track your intake against the diet you committed to.
It works like the health-scanner and nutrition apps you already know, but it lives right next to your challenge, so staying on your diet is one of the easiest non-negotiables to keep honest instead of guessing.
How do progress photos work?
A daily progress photo is one of the six non-negotiables. Each day you snap a photo in the app, and over 75 days it becomes a visual record of your transformation.
Your photos are yours, kept private in your account. Beyond proving the day is done, the photo stack is one of the most motivating parts of the challenge: on day 60 you can look back at day 1 and see exactly how far the work has taken you.
What is the community, and can I message other members?
75 Hustle includes a private community of founders running the same 75 days, with built-in messaging so you can connect, compare notes, and hold each other accountable.
Because everyone in the community meets the entrepreneur income qualification, the conversations stay high-signal, real operators sharing what is working in both training and business. Accountability is a huge part of finishing the challenge, and the community is where you find people who will not let you quit on day 12.
What is the entrepreneur assessment?
The entrepreneur assessment is a short self-assessment you take during onboarding that profiles how you operate as a founder, your strengths, your gaps, and where your leverage is.
The results help personalize your experience, so the AI coach and your daily income-producing task suggestions are tuned to your business rather than generic advice. You can revisit it as your business evolves to keep your coaching relevant.
What are the focus games?
Focus games are built-in mental-training tools, including chess, designed to sharpen concentration and strengthen the discipline muscle that carries over into your training and your business.
Think of them as a productive way to reset between deep-work sessions, a few minutes that build patience and strategic thinking instead of doomscrolling. They are an optional bonus, not a daily requirement, but they fit the mindset the challenge is built to develop.
What is the vision board?
The vision board is a digital board where you keep the goals, images, and reminders of what you are working toward over the 75 days and beyond.
You set it up during onboarding and can update it any time. Seeing what you are chasing, the revenue target, the physique, the freedom, keeps you locked in on the days when the work feels heavy. It turns the abstract "why" behind the challenge into something you actually look at.
Do you sell 75 Hustle merch?
Yes. 75 Hustle offers branded merch so you can rep the challenge and stay in the mindset outside the app.
Wearing the gear is a small daily reminder of the standard you have set for yourself, and a way to connect with other founders running the same 75 days. Check the store inside the app or on the website for current drops and availability.
How do referrals work?
75 Hustle includes a referral program so you can bring other qualified founders into the challenge. Share your referral link, and when someone joins through it, you both benefit from the reward on offer at the time.
Referrals are one of the best ways to build your accountability circle, the challenge is easier and more fun when the operators you know are running it alongside you. You will find your referral link in your account.
02Getting Started
How do I sign up for 75 Hustle?
You sign up on the 75 Hustle website in just a couple of minutes. You will confirm you meet the entrepreneur income qualification, choose a plan (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime), and complete a secure checkout.
Once you are in, you can log in and run your challenge from the same website or from the iOS and Android apps, whichever you prefer. Because your account, billing, and progress all sync together, you can start on your laptop and finish the day from your phone.
Is there an income requirement to join?
Yes. 75 Hustle is built for entrepreneurs, and the community is designed around founders earning $100k+ per year. During signup you self-declare that you meet this income qualification.
The gate keeps the community high-signal, everyone in the challenge is a serious operator running a real business. Beyond that, the daily income-producing task is the true requirement: one concrete action each day that moves money in whatever you are building.
What devices can I use, web, iOS, or Android?
All of them. 75 Hustle is web-first, so you sign up, pay, and can run your entire challenge from any browser on any device, no download required.
Prefer your phone? Download the native iOS or Android app and log in with the same account. Your daily tracking, streak, AI coach, workout planner, nutrition, community, and everything else stay in sync across web and mobile, so you can switch between devices any time.
Do I need a gym or special equipment to start?
No. You do not need a gym to start 75 Hustle.
The challenge requires two workouts a day, but one can be a simple outdoor walk, and the other can be done at home with bodyweight or minimal equipment. The AI workout planner builds sessions around whatever equipment and time you have, whether that is a full gym, a set of dumbbells, or nothing but your bodyweight. All you really need to begin is the commitment to show up for 75 straight days.
What happens after I join? (Onboarding)
Once your account is set up, a short onboarding walks you through everything you need to start strong:
- Set the strict diet you will follow for all 75 days
- Take the entrepreneur assessment so your coaching is tailored to how you operate
- Build your vision board to lock in what you are chasing
- Meet your AI coach and generate your first workout with the AI planner
When you are ready, you start Day 1 and begin logging your daily non-negotiables. You can adjust your setup any time from your account.
03Membership & Billing
How much does 75 Hustle cost?
75 Hustle offers a few options so you can pick what fits:
- Monthly: $39.99 / month
- Annual: $383.90 / year (save 20% vs. paying monthly)
- Lifetime: $1,499 one-time
Every plan includes the full challenge and all features, the AI coach, the AI workout planner, nutrition tracking, community, focus games, the vision board, and more. Payments are handled securely on the web, so you can join from any device.
What is included in the Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $1,499 that gives you permanent access to 75 Hustle, with no recurring charges to manage and nothing to cancel.
You get the full platform for good: the challenge, AI coach, AI workout planner, nutrition tracking, community, entrepreneur assessment, focus games, vision board, and any future updates that ship. It is built for founders who plan to run the challenge again and again and want to pay once and never think about billing.
Why do I sign up and pay on the website instead of in the app?
You sign up and pay on the 75 Hustle website, then use the challenge on the web or in the mobile apps. Billing lives on the web on purpose.
App-store subscription billing adds platform fees and restrictions that would raise prices and limit the plans we can offer. By running payments through Stripe on the web, we keep pricing fair and consistent, and you get one account that works everywhere. It only takes a couple of minutes, and your access unlocks on every device right away.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account settings on the web, under billing or subscription.
Canceling stops future renewals while keeping your access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase and have nothing to cancel. If you run into any trouble, email support@75hustle.com and we will help you sort it out.
Can I switch, upgrade, or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans from your billing settings on the web, for example moving from Monthly to Annual to save 20%, or upgrading to Lifetime so you never deal with renewals again.
Changes take effect through our secure Stripe billing, and your access to the full platform stays uninterrupted. If you would like help choosing the right plan or timing a switch around your current billing date, reach out to support@75hustle.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on your plan and how recently you were billed. If you believe you qualify or were charged in error, email support@75hustle.com and we will review your account.
You can also cancel a recurring plan at any time to stop future charges, see the cancellation FAQ for steps. For the specific terms that apply to your purchase, check the billing details shown at checkout.
04Rules & Support
What does "strict diet" mean, and can I set my own?
A strict diet means you pick a specific diet before you start and follow it with no cheat meals and no alcohol for all 75 days. 75 Hustle does not force one particular diet on you, you choose the approach that fits your goals, whether that is high-protein, keto, plant-based, or something your coach or physician recommends.
The rule is not which diet you pick, it is that you commit to it in advance and do not deviate. You set your diet during onboarding and use the built-in nutrition tracking to stay honest against it every day.
Can I drink alcohol during the challenge?
No. Alcohol is not allowed at any point during the 75 days, it counts as breaking your strict diet.
If you drink, the day does not count and you restart at day one. Cutting alcohol for the full challenge is one of the most common reasons people report sharper focus, better sleep, and faster physical results, it is a core part of what makes the 75 days transformative.
Are there any rest days?
No. There are no rest days, skip days, or days off in 75 Hustle. You complete all of your non-negotiables every single day for 75 straight days, or that day does not count and you restart at day one.
That is the point. The absence of rest days is what builds true discipline and separates finishing the challenge from simply attempting it. If you are managing an injury or a health concern, talk to a medical professional, and remember the AI workout planner can scale sessions to what your body can safely handle.
How do I contact support?

Include the email address on your account and a short description of what is going on, and we will get you sorted as quickly as we can.
How is my data and privacy handled?
Your account data and daily progress, including your private progress photos, are stored securely and tied to your account. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details are handled by a trusted payment provider and are never stored by us directly.
We use your information to run the challenge and personalize your experience, not to hand it out. For the full details on what we collect and how it is used, see the privacy policy on the website, and if you have a specific question, email support@75hustle.com.
05The Challenge
What is 75 Hustle?
75 Hustle is a 75-day discipline challenge built for entrepreneurs. It trains three areas of your life at once, Health, Wealth, and Spirit, by combining the mental-toughness structure of 75 Hard with daily business execution.
Every day for 75 days you complete a set of non-negotiables, including one income-producing task that moves money in your business. It is 75 Hard meets business growth, backed by an AI coach, an AI workout planner, food and nutrition tracking, a founder community, and more, all in one app you can run from the web or your phone.
How is 75 Hustle different from the original 75 Hard?
75 Hard builds mental toughness through fitness and discipline alone. 75 Hustle keeps that same discipline engine and points it at your business too.
The key addition is a daily income-producing task, one concrete action that moves revenue, sitting alongside the training, reading, hydration, strict diet, and progress photo. You also get tools 75 Hard never had: an AI coach, an AI workout planner, nutrition tracking, an entrepreneur assessment, focus games, a vision board, and a private community of founders. The result is a challenge that grows your body, your mind, and your business at the same time.
What are the three pillars: Health, Wealth, and Spirit?
Every day of 75 Hustle trains three pillars so you grow as a complete person, not just in one lane:
- Health covers your training, hydration, strict diet, and daily progress photo, the physical foundation everything else is built on.
- Wealth is your daily income-producing task and the business habits that compound into real revenue over 75 days.
- Spirit is the mindset work, your reading, focus, and reflection that keep you locked in when motivation runs out.
Hitting all three every day is what separates 75 Hustle from a simple fitness or productivity streak.
What are the daily non-negotiables?
Each day for 75 days you must complete every one of these:
- Two workouts (one can be an outdoor walk, one focused training session)
- Read 10 pages of nonfiction or personal development
- Drink one gallon of water
- Follow a strict diet you set in advance, with no alcohol and no cheat meals
- Take a daily progress photo
- Complete one income-producing task that moves money in your business
Hit all of them or the day does not count. The app tracks each item so you always know exactly what is left to finish.
What counts as an income-producing task?
An income-producing task is any single action that directly pushes money toward your business: a sales call, a cold-email sequence, a landing-page test, a pricing change, publishing content that converts, or closing a deal.
It is not admin. It is not clearing your inbox or answering Slack. It is the work that would actually change your P&L if you did it 75 days in a row. The AI coach can help you pick a high-leverage task each day if you are not sure what moves the needle, and you log it in the app to keep your streak alive.
What happens if I miss a day, and how does restarting work?
The challenge runs for 75 consecutive days. If you miss any single requirement on any day, that day does not count and you restart at day one. There are no partial days, rest days, or substitutions.
This restart rule is intentional, it is what makes the challenge build real discipline instead of "close enough" habits. The app tracks your streak so your progress is always clear, and the AI coach helps you plan your day so a missed task is much harder to slip on. When you restart, your history stays in the app, only your active streak resets to day one.
